- SITUATIONIn 2018, Packeta was connecting to e-shops only via API or a clunky dropdown list. Integration required significant technical skill and was a barrier for many e-shops. They asked us to build the first version of the widget.
- WHAT WE DIDWe built a widget with an interactive map of all pickup points – with address autocomplete, geolocation, distance from the customer, and information about how busy each location was. Points on the map were neatly clustered and, besides the frontend, we also delivered the backend that processed the pickup point data.
- HOW IT TURNED OUTAfter launch, the widget was immediately deployed on tens of thousands of e-shops – mainly because of how easy the integration was. It became the de facto standard, which Packeta later took over and continues to develop.

- SITUATIONÚJV Řež produces radiopharmaceuticals – nuclear drugs with a very short half-life. Distribution to hospitals must be perfectly timed, otherwise the substance decays. Additionally, there is a legal obligation to keep records for SÚKL (the State Institute for Drug Control).
- WHAT WE DIDWe built a logistics mobile app that records the filling of a container with the drug, its journey, and its unloading at the target hospital. The app also fulfills SÚKL regulatory requirements.
- HOW IT TURNED OUTRadiopharmaceutical distribution now has a unified digital record from production to hospital handover – faster, more accurate, and fully compliant.

- SITUATIONTisknu Levně was stuck with their original vendor. The e-shop ran on their closed platform and the vendor demanded an unreasonable price for upgrades. The collaboration was also strained. They decided to invest in a new e-shop and build it with us – so they would no longer be hostages of a single solution. The personal visit also convinced them: their team came to Pilsen to see our people and offices.
- WHAT WE DIDWe built a custom e-shop from scratch – modern design, advanced filtering, and XML data exchange integration. The project turned out to be significantly more demanding than any of us expected.
