Not every idea needs an MVP. Sometimes it makes sense to go straight to custom development.
A good idea does not mean a good product. Let us find out if it holds up
We will build a demo that verifies whether it makes sense to continue. For a fraction of the time and cost of the full version. And when the data shows this path is wrong, you save months of development.

Most ideas do not die because of a bad idea. They die because of a bad start
Companies come to us when the idea is promising, but the path to it is becoming expensive, unclear, or endless. It is almost always one of these five situations.
You have an idea but do not know if you should invest in it
It makes sense on paper. But building the full version blindly means betting half a year of work and a large budget on something the market has not yet validated.
The specification keeps growing and launch is nowhere in sight
Every new feature sounds reasonable. But five reasonable features in a row push launch from eight weeks to eight months – and the budget multiplies.
The code is built for traffic you do not have yet
You are solving scaling for millions of users who have not arrived yet. The technical debt is still theoretical, but the time and money flowing through it are real.
Your competitor has a feature you want too
Someone else's feature list becomes your specification. Instead of validating your idea, you are chasing someone else's and version 1 keeps slipping away.
The first MVP attempt failed
A demo from an AI tool was built over a weekend and looked fine. Now the code is falling apart and you face the decision of whether to rewrite the MVP from scratch.
The common denominator? There is no one to clearly say: this is version 1, this must work, and the rest can wait.

For us, MVP is not a cheap shortcut. It is the shortest path to validate an idea
We do not have to build the entire product right away. A prototype shows if an idea makes sense, an MVP validates it with real users, and the full version is built only when the core provably works.
- We build a functional core, not a mockup. What we deliver can be actually used and measured on live data, not just shown at a meeting.
- Architecture thinks ahead. Version 1 is built so it can grow into the full version, not to be thrown away.
- You see the project in real time. Asana with tracked hours and decision context. No more "how is it going" emails.
- We take responsibility for the result. For projects where it makes sense, the output is anchored in the contract – deadline, scope, and financial cap.
I like the principle where we agree on the project (task, concept), break it down in detail in Asana, and then work on it. Progress is trackable throughout development and it is clear even during invoicing.

We build on proven technologies. We choose the stack based on your problem, not the trend
80 % of our work is backend. That means we do not build an MVP just to "make it look good" – we build it so the engine can handle whatever comes after launch.
We don't want you to take our word for it. See what an MVP looks like in practice.
Notino – how a career portal became the second strongest recruitment source

Jan Hubinský, Head of recruitment and branding, Notino
Notino was looking for a vendor for a new career portal with an AI assistant that recommends suitable positions to candidates. The risk was clear: build the entire platform blindly, without knowing whether the idea would work.
Instead of a slide presentation, we built a functional AI assistant demo – an MVP that could be tested in practice. Only when the demo proved convincing did we program the entire platform integrated with ATS Recruitis, gradually scaling it from the core.
- Tenfold increase in accepted offers
- Notino's second most important recruitment channel
- Matches the performance of the largest Czech job board
- Running in production, awarded at WebTop100
What our clients say about us
Senior team with a strong technological foundation.
No juniors learning on your budget.
Business analysis and development in one partner.
First we name what needs to be validated. Only then do we talk about code.
Communication without fluff and without passing the buck.
When a problem arises, we solve it – we do not look for who is to blame.
First we clarify what the MVP should validate and what can wait
Only then do we deal with code. That is how version 1 is created – it makes business sense and can be built upon.
We discuss business and goals, not features
We start with what you understand: what you want to validate, how much it solves today, and how you will know the MVP succeeded. This hour typically saves you months.
We define the scope of version 1
Together we separate what must be ready for launch from what is "nice-to-have". We say it out loud: this is enough. The rest waits for data.
We build a functional core – fast and thorough
We deliver an MVP that can actually be used. The architecture is prepared so it can be developed into the full version, not rewritten from scratch.
We measure, evaluate, decide
We look at real data and together decide: what to move to production, what to polish, and what to discard without regret. Then we either continue development or honestly advise when to stop.
The most expensive thing is not building an MVP, but building a full product blindly
A full version without validation is a high-stakes bet. If it fails, you do not lose one feature – you lose the entire budget and the months when you could have had a head start.
- Months of development go into features no one will use.
- The budget runs out before you can validate anything on the market.
- The wrong direction is only discovered after launch, when fixes are most expensive.
- Meanwhile, someone who started validating earlier gains the advantage.
For software that fulfills business goals, you need technical precision and a solid strategic foundation. We build systems so that you and your people can have peace of mind.

What companies ask before starting an MVP
It depends on the scope of version 1, which we set together at the beginning. The principle is simple: MVP is always a fraction of the cost and time of the full version, because we only build the proven core. You will receive a specific estimate after the initial call – with a clear cap, not an open end.
Then you have won – just differently than you expected. You found out for a fraction of the cost of the full version, not after six months and a depleted budget. Together we will evaluate what to do next: adjust the direction, or end fairly.
Yes, it can. We build the architecture from the start with future development in mind. That is the difference between an MVP and a one-time demo that gets thrown away after validation.
A prototype validates an idea (often without functional code). An MVP is the smallest functional version that real users actually use and you get data from. A product is the full version, which we only build after we are certain the core works. We will advise what makes sense in your situation.
Not at all, that is exactly our starting point. We will put together the specification from your idea together – we start with the business and what needs to be validated.
When the idea is already validated and you know exactly what you want, it makes sense to build the product directly. And sometimes a cheaper prototype is enough. We will tell you honestly – even if it means a smaller project for us.
Not every idea needs an MVP. When it doesn't, we have another way
Sometimes a cheaper prototype is enough to validate the idea. Other times the idea is so clear that it makes sense to go straight to building a custom product. We do not push an MVP where it won't help.
- Prototype – when you want to validate direction even cheaper and faster than an MVP.
- Custom development – when the specification is clear and we go straight to building the full version.
- Construction supervision – when another vendor is building and you want certainty they are doing it right.

"Great experience! I can wholeheartedly recommend Honza and his team. They jumped into an ongoing project (mobile app MAMApp), had to deal with all sorts of complications, and handled everything excellently. I regret Honza was not on the project from the start."
